Cy-Woods High School Athletic Booster Club
 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Dear Booster Club Members:

Beginning with the Graduating Class of 2009, the CWABC will be awarding scholarships to nine (9) senior student athletes whose parents are members of the Booster Club as of March 1, 2009.  Each scholarship will be worth $1,000, and applications will be mailed to all eligible senior student athletes the week of March 30, 2009.  A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to each of nine senior student athletes the week of May 11, 2009.  Eligibility is based on UIL (University Interscholastic League) and Booster Club Guidelines which are explained below.

Please note that athletes who have received a full athletic scholarship to any college or university will not be eligible to receive one of these scholarships, and scholarship funds can only be used for tuition to the college or university that your senior student athlete will be enrolling in.

The deadline for submitting applications is by Monday, April 27, 2009.

Thank you,
CWABC Executive Board
